Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire, On-site) Starting at $26/hr
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY A
well?established manufacturing company is seeking a full?time Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Service team. This role supports clients, processes orders, and helps deliver high?quality products and engineered solutions on time and to customer specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support — Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a positive, professional attitude. Order & Data Management — Track correspondence, update customer records, and process orders using the company's ERP system. Issue Resolution — Investigate and resolve product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Cross?

Department Coordination — Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and support daily operations. Reporting & Continuous Improvement — Meet performance targets, participate in training, and provide feedback on recurring issues or trends.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized Problem?solving mindset with a calm, professional demeanor Accurate documentation and data entry skills Ability to de?escalate and resolve customer concerns Comfortable working with multiple departments Proficient in Microsoft Office Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years in a fast?paced customer service environment Experience with ERP systems (Visual or similar) preferred but not required Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $26.00
