Step One is a private, family-run NYS OASAS and OMH Certified Outpatient Treatment Center, operating since 1994. We are seeking talented individuals to join our amazing team to enhance the services we provide in Ulster County.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Sign-In Clients Filing, Copying, Data Entry & Faxing Collecting Co-pays Maintain Spreadsheets Scheduling Intakes and processing paperwork Heavy phone and computer work Direct observation of Urine Drug Screens Organize and Maintain File Room Please send Resume and Cover Letter with location preference to be considered for this position.

Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Excellent office, computer and telephone skills Organized and able to Multitask Ability to maintain client confidentiality Knowledge of HIPAA. Knowledge of EMR Systems.
