Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions. Document customer interactions accurately in our computerized system. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Conduct data entry tasks as required to maintain updated customer records. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and communication. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
