Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately through phone, email, and online systems Answer inbound customer calls and assist with product inquiries, order status, returns, and issue resolution Follow up with customers via email to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of requests Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in beauty, retail, or e-commerce Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computer order entry systems and Microsoft Office Experience using CRM software preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills:
