Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly. Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product information or demos to enhance their shopping experience. Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. Support inventory management through stocking, product rotation, and participating in periodic stock counts. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking orders remotely. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and change calculations. Will Train if needed Excellent communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional—both in person and over the phone. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously. Experience with grocery store operations is a plus, including stocking, product demos, and retail sales strategies.

Pay:

$23.37 - $28.14 per hour
