Compensation:

$150,000 annually Position Overview A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical and administrative operations within the Maternal Child Health (MCH) department. This role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting clinical excellence through leadership and collaboration. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff within the Maternal Child Health department Coordinate and oversee daily patient care activities to ensure quality and safety Serve as a clinical resource for staff, providing guidance and decision-making support Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Mentor and train nursing staff, fostering professional development Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required

Required Qualifications Education:

Master's degree in Nursing with 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or teaching role OR Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 6 years of nursing experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or teaching role

Licensure:
