What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with billing-related questions and concerns. Research customer inquiries and identify appropriate solutions using available tools and resources. Follow up with customers to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved. Maintain accurate, complete, and high-quality documentation. Answer incoming calls and assist with general administrative tasks and other office needs as required.
