Personal Lines Customer Service Representative R.J. Fregenti Associates in Jericho is seeking an experienced, licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for a flexible part time position. You'll be matching your insurance industry knowledge with your outstanding customer service skills to ensure our clients have the right coverage to meet their needs. Responsibilities Using your excellent problem solving skills, you'll be obtaining insurance quotes and shopping renewals. Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in answering client questions, helping clients with payments, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Your relationship building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention. Your strong adherence to procedure will be necessary to obtain and update client information and assist clients with policy changes. Required Skills Property & Casualty License - NY State 3+ years Insurance Customer Service experience Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and Agency Management software knowledge. AMS360 a +++ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Salary commensurate with experience.
