reviews $40,000 - $60,000 a year Romeo Auto is seeking a personable and knowledgeable Express Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience in our Express Service lane, serving as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians. Compensation :
$40,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs Create accurate repair orders with cost and time estimates Act as liaison between customers and technicians Coordinate services to ensure timely completion Communicate updates and manage expectations throughout the process Recommend and upsell additional services when appropriate Handle warranty/insurance documentation as needed Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from start to finish

What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role preferred Automotive industry experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes is a plus Comfortable using dealership management and scheduling systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Romeo Auto is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
