Role:

Join Edible as a Customer Service/Fruit Expert and become a vital part of our team in Depew, NY! This exciting role combines your passion for customer service with your knowledge of fresh produce, ensuring our customers receive the best shopping experience possible.

Hours:

Weekday and/or weekend hours Schedule will remain the same from week to week and month to month- for ease of planning

Part Time Hours Available Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their fruit selections. Manage inventory and ensure freshness of all fruit products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fruit display area. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on seasonal fruits and promotions to inform customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to lift and carry heavy boxes of fruit. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
