The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support, multitasking skills, and a positive and professional attitude. This position requires strong communication skills, Dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers to ensure timely and efficient service. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email. Maintain accurate records of service calls and job statuses. Produce and manage all purchase order procedures in accordance with company guidelines. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to logistics and transportation management. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide updates on their orders. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and GPS technology to track shipments and optimize routes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in r systems. Assist in transportation planning by evaluating delivery schedules and logistics processes. Provide feedback on customer trends and service improvements to management. Experience Prior experience in Sage SSO preferred. Prior experience in HVAC, dispatching, or customer service preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly within the logistics or transportation industry. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and GPS technology is highly desirable. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Prepares reports compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and wages. Resolves payroll discrepancies and analyze information. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Prepare daily work schedules to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, while following safety and government regulations. Prepared daily work and run schedules to ensure tech arrival to clients to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Organize work orders and preventive maintenances scheduling. Prepare invoices for review. Professionally handle conflicts with technicians and customers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing clear information to customers. Knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation planning principles is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
