In this role, you will work closely with clients, carrier partners, and internal team members to provide responsive service, support renewals, address coverage questions, and help retain and strengthen client relationships. When you join our team, you'll find: A collaborative and supportive work environment A strong team culture built on professionalism and respect Opportunities to grow your knowledge and expand your impact Meaningful work that helps clients protect what matters most What You'll Do Provide timely, accurate and professional service to assigned Commercial Lines clients Respond to client questions regarding coverage, policy changes, exclusions, and additional coverage needs Support account retention by building strong, lasting client relationships Prepare and support policy renewals to ensure a smooth client experience Partner with Commercial Risk Consultants on account activity and risk management initiatives Recognize potential coverage gaps and communicate them to the appropriate Commercial Risk Consultant Complete renewal submissions as needed Build strong working relationships with underwriters and insurance carriers Respond promptly to carrier requests and participate in carrier meetings or webinars when appropriate Help resolve issues between clients and carriers in a professional, solutions-focused manner Support agency processes, procedures and team development efforts Assist with additional responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience Active New York State Property & Casualty License Strong Commercial Lines coverage knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook EPIC proficiency preferred Insurance designation or advanced industry training preferred What Sets You Apart You are someone who: Takes ownership and follows through Communicates clearly and professionally Enjoys solving problems and helping clients Works well independently while also contributing to a team Values continuous learning and professional growth Apply Today If you're looking for an opportunity to bring your Commercial Lines experience to a respected organization that values client service, teamwork, and professional growth, we encourage you to apply.
