About Us:
We are a leading health clinic specializing in innovative treatments, including Ketamine and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, and concierge medicine. Our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients, helping them achieve optimal mental health and well-being. We are seeking a dedicated and professional staff member to join our team and support our clinic's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor. Manage the clinic's front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operation of the clinic. Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting payments and verifying insurance information. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization. Provide patients with information about our services, including Ketamine and TMS therapy, primary care, and answer any questions they may have. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area. Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures. Be coverage for other staff members
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical or mental health setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality. Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in mental health and overall wellness.
