As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day servicing of our commercial lines book of business, including responding to client inquiries, processing endorsements and policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and handling billing-related requests. You will communicate directly with carrier representatives to resolve service issues and follow up on outstanding items, and will assist account managers with renewal preparation including ordering loss runs, updating applications, and compiling underwriting submissions. Your duties and responsibilities may be modified from time to time based on business needs. Ideal candidate has multiple years of independent agency experience.
