About Us:
We are a high-volume, fast-paced neurosurgical practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Our team is committed to professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. We are currently seeking a dependable and courteous Call Center Representative to be a key part of our administrative support team.Position Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our patients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between patients, providers, and staff. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and excels at multitasking in a busy healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments Route calls appropriately to departments or providers Provide general information about the practice, services, and policies Accurately document patient communication in the EMR system Assist with appointment reminders and follow-up calls Handle requests for medical records, insurance verification, and messagesQualifications:
Previous experience in a medical call center or healthcare office preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple phone lines and handle a high call volume Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual a plus, but not requiredBenefits:
