This role is responsible for servicing existing accounts, handling client inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy changes Assist clients with billing questions, coverage explanations, and claims support Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management systems Review policies for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve issues and obtain information Support account managers and producers with day-to-day service needs Follow up on renewals, cancellations, and outstanding documentation Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions Qualifications Prior experience in an insurance agency or brokerage preferred Active Property & Casualty license is a requirement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health insurance, retirement plan with company match, and paid time off Professional development and licensing support
