N/A For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayed rate is the hiring rate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors. Operates the call center system to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Performs miscellaneous hospital communications. Is responsible for notification of personnel in emergency situations. Handles paging system and reports any equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
Education/Training :
High School diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience:
Strong customer service skills required. One year previous experience with similar equipment. Computer skills required.
