EXPERIENCED

Automotive Service Advisor WRITER for our Service Department at the dealership. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters. The Automotive Service Advisor's core responsibility is to listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, to arrange for an appropriate automotive service visit, and to set/manage expectations on the part of the customer and the technician(s) in terms of service delivery.

FULL CHARGE SERVICE ADVISOR SOME LEVEL OF SERVICE ADVISING REQUIRED BE ABLE TO INTERVIEW AND START RIGHT AWAY

The following qualifications are a plus: Previous automotive experience is a plus Strong listening & communication skills Commitment to customer service Detail oriented Previous success in resolving customer service issues A high level of professionalism and courteousness A desire to be in the automotive industry Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work Excellent customer service skills Strong mechanical aptitude Service Advisor experience preferred (not required) Positive attitude Benefits Professional and friendly work environment Career advancement Great pay and benefits Health and Dental Care and Vision Care
