Customer Service Assistant

We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Assistant to work in our Service Department. We're looking for a team player who can assist our Service Department by answering phones and working with customers to schedule their pool service needs. The Customer Service Assistant will also perform general office duties such as filing and data-entry. There is an opportunity for growth for the right candidate. Experience with Quickbooks and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
