Customer Service Representative

Stork Insurance is looking for a great applicant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls and other communications, processing policy changes, updating the agency management system and performing other organizational tasks and duties.

Handling incoming calls and other communication Processing payments Creating, maintaining, and entering information into agency management system

Office Assistant Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred High school diploma or associate's degree Computer skills Organizational skills Experience with Outlook Warm personality with strong communication skills Comfortable performing independent tasks and an overall self starter
