• Responsibilities as a Sales/Customer Service Representative… First Point of Contact

You'll be our customers' first point of contact and responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience while using multiple systems including CRM, proposal and estimate generators, among others often simultaneously Strong systems experience. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and other web-based applications that will lend itself to learning our internal systems Subject Matter Expert. Job Requirements for our Sales/Customer Service Representative... Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Extensive computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products Strong attention to detail and follow through Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Prior customer service/call center experience is highly desirable Benefits & Pay The pay rate for this position is $18.00/hour plus bonuses based on achieving sales targets What we have to offer: Afternoon/evening schedule
