We are looking for a Call Center Representative to assist with our sales and office support. Applicants should be outgoing, confident, hardworking, energetic, motivated and flexible, and willing to take initiative, strong phone and organizational skills. Must work well with others and must be very comfortable using a computer and have good technical skills. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, & Excel required. No pest control background necessary, but customer service experience a plus. We will train the right person on our system. Pay commensurate with experience, with Bonus available. Job Description The Customer Service Representative position involves answering and making phone calls, interacting with customers and data entry. Primary Duties Answer incoming phone calls inquiring about the service and customer inquires Schedules customer services Promotes quality customer service Ensures follow up calls are made to customer Character Traits and Skills Motivated and flexible Positive attitude Previous experience is a plus, but not a necessity Excellent customer service skills and communication (including telephone) skills Excellent Organizational skills Comfortable with data entry on computer, technologically savvy
