Licensed Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Salary:

$50,000.00-$70,000 base + bonus per year Service Advisor Responsibilities Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Answer incoming customer inquiries. Record customer information within our customer service database. Create client relationships with new and existing customers. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Service Advisor Requirements Strong Interest in a customer oriented career - Sales experience is a plus but not required. Already obtained your Property & Casualty license. Commitment to success and obtaining personal goals Bilingual . Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
