Guest Service Representative

We are currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Guest Services Reprsentative to cover evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival Accurately handle guest check-in and check-out procedures Answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest inquiries Manage reservations, room assignments, and availability Address guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously Process payments and maintain accurate records and reports Perform Night Audit duties, including balancing daily transactions (weekends) Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document review Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure
