As a Client Success Associate, you will play a key role in guiding customers through the full sales and support process—from initial engagement to post-sale follow-up. The Client Success Associate will identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and results-driven. Client Success Associate Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing customers to promote services, identify needs, and drive sales as a Client Success Associate Represent the brand with professionalism while delivering a positive and informative customer experience Recommend customized products and service solutions based on customer goals and usage Process sales orders, upgrades, and account changes accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools Support ongoing account management by following up with customers and resolving inquiries Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly sales goals Continuously build product knowledge and refine sales techniques through training and mentorship

Client Success Associate Qualifications:
