Customer Service Representative $25

With over a century of combined experience, our team is committed to providing reliable maintenance, repairs, and installations while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and year-round comfort. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional customer service
  • you will also play a key part in engaging with customers online and supporting our marketing efforts, including social media interaction and brand presence.

  • 4:30 PM Position Summary This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction.
In addition to handling inbound and outbound communication, you will assist with social media engagement, online inquiries, and light marketing initiatives to support the company's growth and visibility. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms Respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve concerns Engage with customers on social media platforms (comments, messages, reviews) Assist with basic social media management and marketing activities Support internal teams by coordinating customer communication and updates Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs Contribute to a positive and professional brand image across all channels Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service or office experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional setting Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in HVAC or home services is a plus, but not required Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset Customer Service Representative Port Chester, NY 10573 $25
