Customer Service

The Customer Service position at Marco Board House interacts and maintains contact with existing and prospective customers for the purpose of identifying, verifying, and documenting needs, expectations, and project due dates and timelines. They manage a variety of accounts and projects; they also assess various procedures in the electronic production process, and maintain an open line of communication with customers. In addition, has responsibilities in the direct manufacturing facility.

Essential Job functions include:

Plan, organize, and manage contract manufacturing projects from start to successful completion, including meeting with customers; Learning and demonstrating competency in all Marco Board House products and services Developing a strong understanding of delivery capabilities associated with the products and services offered Initiating contact with clients to begin projects; ensuring clients have a smooth onboarding process Provide project updates on a consistent basis to customers about strategy, adjustments, and progress Developing project timelines, managing deliverables, and communicating progress and setbacks Ensuring all project related tasks are completed in the required time frame both externally (by the client) and internally (by various departments) Escalating issues when necessary to or within the proper department Create accurate daily/weekly status reports Tracking project progress within our project management system Taking ownership and responsibility of projects with a goal of ensuring client satisfaction and success Provide project updates on a consistent basis to customers about strategy, adjustments, and progress And other duties as assigned by

Management Skills and Knowledge:

Solid background in electronics and / or manufacturing environment Significant experience in customer relationship management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and able to manage assignments in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to multi-task, think outside the box, pivot quickly, and apply critical-thinking skills to situations Ability to breakdown complex problems Ability to establish positive working relationships with all clients Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy, and quality Ability to work as part of a team to seek help when needed and provide help when available Experience with Microsoft Office products, and ERP Systems Knowledge of PCB Boards is helpful.

Education and experience requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing preferred) Project management 1-3 years

Hourly $26.00 Benefits are available after 90 days of employment
