You will be the friendly face and organized voice that helps streamline appointments, manage client communications, and support the veterinary team in delivering top-tier animal care. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, triage calls, and schedule appointments for general practice and urgent care. Greet clients, check in/out patients, and manage client communications and follow-ups. Create and update patient records, generate estimates, process payments, and manage basic billing inquiries in EzyVet. Coordinate with the clinical team for patient flow and urgent cases. Maintain a professional, compassionate demeanor and strong customer service standards. Assist with administrative tasks and light front-desk duties. Afternoon/Evening Shifts (12pm-6pm MWF, 12pm-9pm T/TH, Rotating Saturdays (8am-2pm) Qualifications Prior veterinary or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. Previous experience in hospitality are also encouraged to apply. Comfortable learning and using EzyVet and VetRadar (training provided) Excellent phone skills, clear communication, and strong organizational ability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
