Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Collision Shop team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling payments, scheduling repairs, and communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance partners. Responsibilities Greet customers in person and by phone, providing exceptional service and professionalism. Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments and update repair statuses. Handle customer payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately. Maintain repair order files and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters regarding claims and repair estimates. Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely workflow and repair updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk environment. Support other administrative and service functions as needed. Benefits Competitive hourly wage and performance incentives.
