- What's a typical day as a Customer Resolution Specialist? You'll be:
- + Investigating and addressing customer concerns or complaints + Communicating with customers via phone or email + Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues + Documenting all interactions and resolutions + Logging product quality complaints & adverse events + Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvement + Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention + Answering product questions •This job might be an outstanding fit if you:•+ Have a •High School Diploma•(required); some college experience is preferred.
