Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Service & Solutions Account Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships while driving sales of preventative maintenance agreements, service and repair work, and retrofit or upgrade solutions for commercial HVAC systems. This role is responsible for managing an assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, preparing quotes and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers Sell maintenance agreements, repair services, and HVAC retrofit/upgrade solutions Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory Prepare estimates, pricing, and sales contracts Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and business plans Partner with managers, technicians, parts teams, and manufacturer representatives Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers Qualifications 2-4 years of related sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Mechanical or technical aptitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory regularly Pay Range Negotiable Depending on
Experience Pay:
$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
