Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in computer systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate and accessible for decision-making processes. Responsibilities Input and update data into various databases and systems with high accuracy. Organize and maintain electronic files and records to ensure easy retrieval. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis. Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and archiving documents. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Assist in generating reports as needed to support business operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Experience Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Quick Books is essential. Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
