Fulfilment and Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify order details, quantities, and product quality before shipment Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipments with carriers Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock replenishment Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and inquiries Resolve order issues such as shortages, damages, or shipping discrepancies Assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines

Qualifications:

Prior experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (order systems, shipping software, email communication) Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 25-50 lbs) Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, USPS) General computer knowledge - emails, Microsoft office, etc Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Environment:

Combination of warehouse and office setting Standing, walking, and lifting required throughout the day
