Demonstrated ability of the following:

• Reviewing, preparing and converting electronic files for platemaking production team
• Adobe CC skills

ESSENTIAL

(primarily Indesign and Illustrator with some Acrobat and Photoshop)

• Answer customer inquiries, provide product advice, resolve complaints, and give status updates on jobs in progress for our platemaking and supply services.
• General print production / CMYK skills a plus
• Familiarity with commercial print production is helpful
• Working in a busy and fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
• Become proficient in letterpress printing to instruct and develop customer relationships.
• Taking ownership and leadership of workload.
