Job Description

Job Summary:
Waterville Veterinary Clinic is a growing veterinary practice located in Waterville, New York. Our Client Care Representative position is an excellent opportunity to utilize your customer service skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting. FT and PT opportunities. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client care.
  • Greet and support clients through scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and educating clients on the various services that we provide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Manage multiple phone lines and internet platforms to provide excellent client communication.
  • Manage customer accounts, including account setup and maintenance.
  • Utilize a veterinary software program to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for improving their experience.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectivelys
