This position involves the processing of incoming orders for supplying durable medical equipment to patients, as well as fitting some patients with our products. This position requires the specialist to possess a high attention to detail. Qualified applicants must have the ability to thrive in a team environment while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. The order processor is responsible for reviewing documents for each transaction for accuracy/completeness and entering the transaction into the system with care. Ideal candidates will offer excellent customer service to our clients. Must have exceptional phone and communication skills. Computer skills such as Office 365 (Excel very helpful), and familiarity with Brightree is ideal but not required. Ability to multi-task while promoting a positive attitude is a necessity. Durable medical equipment knowledge and understanding of insurance verification is a plus. The position is a full-time position, Monday - Friday and is an immediate appointment.
