Right at Home is seeking an experienced Client Advisor / Inside Sales professional to speak with families who are actively looking for home care services for a loved one. This is not a cold-calling position. You will work primarily with families who have contacted us because they need help. Your job is to understand their situation, explain how our services can help, build trust, follow up consistently, and ultimately convert qualified inquiries into new clients. We are looking for someone who combines empathy with strong sales ability . The right person understands that families making care decisions need compassion and guidance—but also knows how to move a conversation forward, overcome concerns, follow up, and close. What You'll Do Respond promptly and professionally to new client inquiries by phone, email, and other lead sources Speak with families to understand their care needs, concerns, timing, and priorities Educate prospective clients about our home care services and explain available care options Build trust and rapport with families during what can be a difficult and emotional decision Conduct effective discovery calls and identify the appropriate care solution Clearly communicate services, pricing, and the process for starting care Schedule in-home consultations and assessments Consistently follow up with prospective clients who are not yet ready to begin services Convert qualified inquiries into new clients Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM Coordinate closely with our Client Care Coordinators, Scheduling, HR, and Nursing teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to start of care When appropriate, participate in initial consultations with prospective clients Help families identify additional community resources when our services are not the right solution What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is personable, confident, organized, persistent, and genuinely enjoys helping families. You should be comfortable having meaningful conversations with people while also understanding that this is a sales position with measurable performance expectations.
