They greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up, sell and up sell services by emphasizing value, keep customers updated on services, field all live service calls, and take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the repair shop to leave an impressionable experience with the customer. We offer on-going sales training with a great benefit package. Duties includes & not limited to: Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information. Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order. Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer's schedule. Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems. Determine skill level of work order and dispatch to the appropriate technician. Handle payment transactions and maintain a positive image for the service center. Assist shop management in maintaining appropriate inventory levels, including the purchase of parts and materials. Continuously learn new business techniques in our formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing market trends.
