Job Description

Duties:
  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing recommendations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
  • Process customer orders and handle cash transactions
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and alignments
  • Familiarize yourself with diesel engine repair, auto body repair, suspension systems, air brakes, shocks, and struts
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a parts advisor or automotive industry role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Familiarity with computer systems and inventory management software
  • Physical ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods of time
