JOB DESCRIPTION

Our customer service reps act as liaisons to provide service information while resolving any emerging problems! The best CSRs on our team are genuinely excited to help all our new and existing customers! We preach patience, empathy and positive communication when we're with our team and assisting our customer base! We do our best to put ourselves in our customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Our ultimate target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction; All while creating a strong family-oriented team culture and continuously growing alongside each other.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build relationships with customers Provide accurate information Handling customer complaints Provide appropriate solutions Follow communication procedures and guidelines Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills:

Customer service experience is a must Microsoft Office proficiency is a must Ability to adapt to different scenarios Strong communication skills (both verbally and written) Ability to multi-task Manage time effectively Reliable transportation Positive attitude Professional demeanor Good attendance is a must

Schedule:

Day shift, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
