Job Description
Service Advisor Position We are immediately looking for a candidate who can work closely with customers, technicians, and other dealership staff. As a service advisor, you'd be expected to answer phone calls, do appointment scheduling, provide customers with estimates for work needed on their vehicles, and to help facilitate the work going to different technicians throughout a scheduled work day. Prior automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required for this position. Candidates must have a valid driver license, pass pre-employment testing and background check, drug test and motor vehicle history reports. The service department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and is closed on weekends.
