CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

As a Client Service Associate, you'll act as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting them with administrative and account management tasks. This role will support our financial advisors and strengthen advisor-client relationships to ensure that clients are satisfied. Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels of communication. Address and resolve client issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Perform a range of administrative and clerical duties, including scheduling advisor-client meetings, preparing documents and presentations, taking meeting notes, and managing client files and maintaining an internal database. Helping with client requests, such as money movement. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data security at all times. Collaborate with the team to meet client needs and help achieve company goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or financial services Two plus years in a Client Services role with a financial investment firm Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a friendly team A strong focus on providing high-quality customer service and building rapport is necessary. Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience working with Cetera Financial Group and their AdviceWorks platform is a plus Benefits Salary range commensurate with level of experience and certifications.
