Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support to customers by handling inbound inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry within ERP systems. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, providing excellent customer service Process customer orders and updates into ERP systems Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, pricing, and account information Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex concerns as needed Maintain and update customer records, order details, and documentation Manage customer portals and support order-related processes Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment Process returns, credits, and related documentation as needed Perform general data entry, administrative tasks, and customer follow-up
Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred Experience with order entry and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and transactions Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
