Call Center Representative

As a CSR at Smylie One, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Duties may include but not limited to: Answering incoming phone calls Scheduling appointments Outbound calling to existing customers (No Cold Calling!) Starting Range $15.00-$17.00 with some overtime Full Time position Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm The position requires a well-organized individual with the ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment.
