This role is responsible for accurate appointment booking, proactive customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and committed to exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and set appointments Respond to customer text and email inquiries Proactively follow up with customers regarding parts and rescheduling Complete office administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma/GED is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Client interaction via phone calls, text and email correspondence Customer complaint resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems If you enjoy working with people and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
