Position Summary The Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Representative is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a career in sales or customer facing roles within a structured, team based environment. This position supports the quoting, setup, renewal, and management of Customer Value Agreements while developing a strong foundation in customer engagement, value based solutions, and lifecycle support. The role provides hands on exposure to how sales strategies, digital tools, and product support solutions come together to drive customer satisfaction and long term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development, quoting, setup, and renewal of Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) Partner closely with Product Support Sales Representatives to support customer outreach and agreement activity Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar products, service offerings, and aftermarket solutions Assist with customer communication related to CVA renewals, updates, and product support offerings Support the adoption of Caterpillar e commerce and customer digital tools (including parts and support applications) Prepare and review CVA related reports, including new, renewed, expired, and lost agreements Maintain accurate records, documentation, and contract files Provide input on process improvements related to product support and customer experience Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high quality product support Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned Why This Role is aGreat Starting Point:

High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of experience in customer service, service administration, inside support, retail, or similar roles Interest in sales, customer engagement, or developing a long term career in product support or account management Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Ability to read and understand materials related to service, warranty, and customer agreements Technical trade school diploma or associate degree preferredWhat We Offer:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible. Some travel may be required.
