World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Customer Service/Dispatch team . As the first point of contact, you play a vital role in helping customers during stressful situations and ensuring fast, reliable service. No towing experience required — paid training provided!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver calm, professional customer support in a fast-paced environment Answer incoming calls and gather key information using guided questions Dispatch towing and roadside services efficiently and accurately Provide service updates and estimated arrival times Communicate with drivers and coordinate responses Assist with billing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks Demonstrate strong information retention and attention to detail Ability to interpret direction and complete tasks with minimal supervisionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus) Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focusedWHAT WE OFFER
