Job Description

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Key Requirements:
Handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an overall positive experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, stay organized, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups or customer outreach Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Document all customer interactions in the system Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism Must be able to pass a background check
