This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $3,000 per month, with potential to earn more through bonus opportunities.

• 5pm) Work Schedule Life Insurance Requirements Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Obtain and maintain Property and Casualty Insurance License within the first 6 months of hiring. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions. Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently. Provide information about insurance products and services to clients. Help resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information in our system.
