The Customer Representative works directly with customers to provide information about Kinetic services, answer questions, and help create a positive customer experience in a professional and fast-paced environment. This Customer Representative position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience in customer service and support. As a Customer Representative, you will receive training focused on customer interaction, product knowledge, and day-to-day account support while working alongside a collaborative and motivated team.
Responsibilities of A Customer Representative:
Answer customer questions and provide clear information about available Kinetic services and promotions Assist customers with account setup, service updates, and general customer support needs Help customers compare available products and service plans based on their needs Maintain a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions Support customer engagement efforts while working toward daily team goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up communication Stay informed on current Kinetic products, services, and promotional offerings Work collaboratively with team members in a team-oriented environment Represent the company professionally as a Customer Representative throughout customer interactions
What We Look For In A Customer Representative:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with customers in person Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, communications, or sales is helpful but not required High school diploma or GED preferred At ClearPath Solutions, we value professionalism, communication, and strong customer experiences.
